Lee Barraclough, Lewis Glancy and Kenny Barclay had the privilege of joining a group of volunteers to give back to the community, contributing to the Wheatly Community Benefits Programme.
Armour staff joined a group of 10 volunteers at a Wheatly site in Springburn catering for elderly residents to carry out soft landscaping tasks including soil preparation, planting flowers, grass cutting, power washing and general cleaning of the site. It was incredibly rewarding to see the immediate impact the volunteering had on residents.
Such days are a reminder of the power of teamwork and the importance of giving back to those who need it most. A big thank you to everyone who made this event a success!
