Proposed Dunbeg development
Armour Construction Consultants are delighted to be involved as QS in Link Groups proposed Dunbeg development near Oban which aims to deliver 600 new mixed tenure homes in a very challenging landscape. The first 300 homes are due to be delivered by March 2021 together with new infrastructure through the development area.

Gateway Centre building at Lomond Shores
We are delighted to be again working with Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park Authority. The Gateway Centre building at Lomond Shores is currently undergoing a transformation to become The Shore, Loch Lomond. The Shore is a brand new facility offering a stunning Restaurant, Event Space and Spa Facilities. Work is underway to launch this great new venue in late summer 2017.

Mosspark Boulevard is a new build residential development that will deliver 55 new build spacious apartments in the south side of Glasgow. Well Done Heather: RICS Scotland Student Awards
Our Heather McIntyre’s dissertation has won the Quantity Surveying and Construction category of the RICS Scotland Student Awards. This is a competition that the RICS runs every year and involves all the four Scottish Universities (Heriott-Watt, Napier, GCU and Aberdeen) that run construction related courses including real estate submitting the best student dissertations under various categories.
